The item I chose is out of stock, can I order it?

We strive to always keep our products in stock. Unfortunately, sometimes this does not work out. Is your desired product out of stock? Sign up for a stock notification on the product page and you will be automatically notified when the product is back in stock.

How long will it take to receive my package?

Orders placed and paid before 4 p.m. will be shipped the same business day and thus given to PostNL. When PostNL indicates the status "Shipment expected, not yet at PostNL," it means that PostNL has not yet sorted your shipment. Your package will have been sent by us. We thank you for your patience and request that you please not call immediately if the package was ordered the same week.

How do I know if my order went through properly?

If your order has gone through, you will receive a confirmation email. Don't have an email from us in your inbox? Then check your junk/spam inbox to be sure. Do you find nothing there either? Contact us. There may be an error in the email address you provided and we are happy to go ahead and fix it.

How does returning products work?

If you receive an incorrect size, color or item, please contact us as soon as possible by responding by email to the order confirmation. At Bartsbeans you are given (in accordance with European regulations) 14 days to return (part of) your order.

Can I pick up my order?

If you choose pickup during checkout, this is possible. You will then receive notification from us when you can pick it up. Please note: Only by showing ID will we give your order.

Can I still cancel or change my order?

It is possible in some cases to change your order. Please let us know ASAP if you, wish to cancel or change your order.

What are the shipping costs?

For all shipments in the Netherlands under two kilos of coffee, we charge €5.50. For orders of two pounds or more, we will pay the shipping costs for you! For all other countries we charge specific shipping costs which are automatically visible during the check-out process.

Shipping costs to other countries within Europe is at our expense from five kilos or more.
